We send product orders using Australia Post with a tracking number. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of this. You can track the progress of your delivery using this link https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track
‘In order for us to provide our delivery guarantee to you it is necessary for us to adhere to Australia Post delivery protocols and therefore we are unable to accept Authority To Leave (ATL) requests. Packages will be sent to the address provided with no additional postal notes.’
We aim to post all orders received by 3pm on the same day if the item is in stock. Our office is open Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.
Inside Australia: We offer free shipping on all all orders inside Australia
Europe/International Delivery Options
Airmail, Tracked & Signed Delivery: $25 AUD (3-7 working days)
UPS, Express TNT Courier Delivery: $50 AUD (1-2 working days)
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Lost or Undeliverable Orders
If your order is lost in the post please contact our support team 7 days after the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
If an item is damaged on receipt we will send you a replacement immediately.
If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery.
Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.
If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order.
If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 14 days of receipt for any reason as long as the seals are unbroken. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return.
To cancel or return goods please contact us via email quoting your order number.
We guarantee a minimum of 6 months shelf life from when the product is dispatched. It is important you follow correct storage instructions and keep your product refrigerated and out of direct sunlight. Please refer to “Best Before” dates to determine product life.
