What is Rick Simpson Oil
Rick Simpson oil is a Cannabis oil extract made by soaking cannabis plant material in a solvent such as ethanol or isopropyl alcohol and then evaporating the solvent to leave only the pure cannabis oil behind. Typically this oil is then placed in small syringes and refrigerated for storage and later medicinal use.
The oil is named after Rick Simpson. Rick Simpson was an engineer working in a Canadian hospital in 1997. The environment was quite toxic for him and suffered from dizzy spells and a ringing in his ears for years after he suffered an accident, at work.
Simpson wanted to try medical marijuana but his doctor refused to prescribe it for him. He found his own cannabis and after self prescribing he saw an improvement in his tinnitus and other symptoms.
In 2003 Rick discovered he had basal cell carcinoma, a form of skin cancer. He made the decision to treat his skin cancer by applying concentrated cannabis oil to a bandage and using that to wrap the cancer growths.
After four days, his tumour had disappeared and Simpson became an evangelist for medicinal cannabis.
Afterwards he began growing his own cannabis and making his own cannabis oils, now known as Rick Simpson Oil, or RSO. His goal was to distribute cannabis oil to those who needed it, free of charge. He helped treat more than 5,000 patients with RSO, but drew a lot of attention from the Canadian authoritie
A step by step guide to making Rick Simpson oil or CBD oil at home
In this video our friends at Endoca show exactly how to make cannabis oil at home using simple household appliances like a coffee machine and water distiller or rice cooker.
Not everyone can afford to buy Rick Simpson Oil. Most likely you might not be able to buy it in your country due to legal reasons. For this reason we created this video so you can make cannabis oil at home. This is a more refined and safe procedure that the one explained by Rick Simpson in his documentary Run From The Cure who was the first person to make Cannabis oil or RSO Oil popular in the mainstream media.
Things You Need to make Cannabis Oil at Home
Cannabis or hemp plant material – dried and shredded
Glass bowls
Plastic spoon
Alcohol – over 60% pure
Sieve
Coffee Machine
Several Coffee filters – depending on how much material you have to process.
Water Distiller or Rice Cooker or Pan & Hotplate
Paperclip
Cigarette Lighter
Make your own natural medicine using Cannabis.
Step 1
Put the cannabis plant material into a bowl and cover with cold alcohol
Step 2
Stir for three minutes with the plastic spoon.
Step 3
Sieve the mixture into another bowl.
Step 4
Filter the mixture through a coffee filter.
Step 5
Distil the liquid until 80% of the alcohol volume has gone.
If you use a rice cooker or hot plate to evaporate the alcohol do this outside. WARNING the fumes are very flammable and could explode.
Step 6
Pour the remaining liquid into a small bowl

Heat on the coffee machine hotplate for 24 hours to remove the remaining alcohol
Step 8
Take a paperclip and dip it in the oil , try lighting it with a flame. If a spark occurs there is still alcohol left. Place it back on the coffee machine for a few more hours.
Step 9
Congratulations you have just made Cannabis oil at home!! Enjoy your cannabis extract.

If you want to store the oil, draw it up into a medical syringe and keep it in your fridge.
How to Use Rick Simpson Oil

DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS
It usually takes the average person about 90 days to ingest the full 60 gram or 60 ml oil treatment. I suggest that people start with three doses per day, about the size of a half a grain of short grained dry rice. The patient should take this dosage every 8 hours, early in the morning, then again in the afternoon and then they should take their final dose of the day, about an hour before bedtime. It should also be noted that as a patient begins to ingest this oil, the patient does not normally feel the oils effects until about an hour after they have taken their dosage, so please be aware of this fact. A beginner’s dose such as I am describing would equal about ¼ of a drop.
After four days at this dosage which should be taken three times a day, most people are then able to increase their doses by doubling the amount of their dosage every four days. By following this simple procedure, many patients have reported that they felt that they had not experienced the high, which this oil can cause. But in truth no two of us are the same and we all have different tolerances, so some will be able to up their dosages more quickly than others. In reality, even if one does become what is commonly referred to as being high this will not harm them in any way, if the oil they are ingesting was produced from the sedative strains of Indica, which I recommend and the resulting oil was produced in the proper way.
It takes the average person anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks to get to the point where they can ingest 1 gram or 1 ml per day. Once they reach this dosage they can continue at this rate until their medical issues are brought under control. This means that after the patient has become accustomed to the oils use, each dose they are ingesting will equal 8 to 9 drops every 8 hours and in many cases, I have seen patients that have had no trouble ingesting even far more. It takes a dosage roughly the size of two grains of short grained dry rice to equal one drop, so once the patient has become accustomed to the oils use they are actually ingesting doses which equal 16 to 18 grains of rice per dose.
In some cases I have even seen patients who had no fear of this medication, ingest the full 60 gram treatment in one month and after doing so, many of them were declared to be cancer free.
By using the method which I am describing, it allows your body time to build up a tolerance for this medication slowly and once the patient becomes accustomed to the oils effects, most patients actually report that they enjoy taking it.
We all have different tolerances for any medication and your size or body weight has little to do with your tolerance for hemp oil and even children can take the same dosage as adults, with no detrimental effects.

Is the oil THC free ? Just wondering in case you were to be drug tested while driving..
Rick Simpson oil will normally contain high amounts of THC. Even normal CBD oil will contain trace amounts of THC so there is always a chance you will test positive for THC if you are drug tested while driving
Can this oil help with vulva cancer. Do you have a cream that can be used for this type. I have 1 sore but the lips are sore and maybe spreading. My sister is 77.
