How to use the CBD Oil Dosing Calculator
We get a lot of questions from customers asking how much CBD oil they should take. This will vary from person to person and depends on a number of factors like what product you are taking, how many milligrams of CBD (Cannabidiol) are in that product and what strength it is. If you purchase a high strength 20% CBD you will need to take less than someone who purchases a 2% CBD admixture to get the same effective serving size in milligrams of CBD.
To use the CBD Oil dosing calculator you just need a couple of numbers. The size of your CBD oil product and the total number of milligrams of CBD Oil it contains. Then you need to decide how many milligrams of CBD you want to take. Start low, go slow. For a high strength CBD oil use the amount shown for a single drop in the results column. Then decide how many times a day you want to take it. We suggest starting with one or two drops twice a day.
